Due to a leak, it was necessary to open the area behind the sink and toilet for repair, with the consequence that the existing tiles must be replaced. Since there haven't been any extra tiles available, a solution was required.
Acquiring tiles that look comparable without having to sacrifice design is challenging. The idea was to find a completely different size and shape in a colour that complements the existing tiles on the other areas as well as the wall colour and flooring.
After finding the perfect match, it was important to choose carefully the right tone of the grout. Achieving the best possible project outcome requires paying attention to those details.
While the work was in progress, the client requested to replace the old sink with a vanity unit for practicality and aesthetics. The drawers provide enough storage to keep the place tidy, and some nice accessories can shine.
