GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Consultancy services are available in Greater London. Locations outside this area are upon request and will incur additional charges for travel expenses
- Our gift cards are issued and send by email. This email contains a unique code entitling the recipient to redeem the gift card
- If you prefer a physical gift card, please allow 5-7 woking days for delivery (UK only)
- Our gift cards may be used for hourly consultations, charged at £100 + VAT
- If the recipient has already appointed us a full-service home design, the gift card may also be used torwards the consultation fee agreed with the client
- So that you know, our gift certificates are meant to gift the luxury of professional design consultancy and cannot be used for any product purchases associated with the project
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. The remaining credit will remain valid for future consultations if the consultancy fee does not usee up the gift card's.
