GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Services for consulting are offered throughout Greater London. Locations outside of this region are available upon request and may result in additional fees for travel.
We issue and send our gift cards by email. The receiver of this email has a special code that allows them to use the gift card.
If the recipient has already appointed us for a full-service home design, the gift card may also be used towards the consultation fee agreed with the client.
Please be aware that our gift vouchers are only intended to be used to give the luxury of a professional interior design consultation; they cannot be used to purchase any project-related products.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. The remaining credit will remain valid for future consultations if the consultancy fee does not use up the gift card's value. However, please keep in mind that credits cannot be refunded.
